By using WhatPlantAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

WhatPlantAI provides AI-assisted plant identification, care information and safety guidance. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

No Medical, Veterinary or Foraging Advice

The app must not be used as the sole basis for eating plants, treating pets, handling unknown plants, medical decisions, gardening chemicals, allergy decisions or emergency decisions. Always verify plant safety with a qualified local expert.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Free accounts may have scan and save limits. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features and are billed through Apple in-app purchases. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

User Content

You are responsible for images you upload. Do not upload unlawful, private or sensitive content that you do not have permission to process.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Plant identification may fail because of image quality, network conditions or third-party service availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatPlantAI is provided as-is and we are not liable for harm caused by reliance on plant identification or safety information.
